JAMMU, Apr 1: Police today arrested an absconder, who was evading the arrest for past quite sometime in Bishnah tehsil.
He has been identified as Kalu Gujjar son of Mohammad Ismayil, a resident of Chak Chimma, Bishnah.
Police said Kalu Gujjar was absconding for past sometime after a scuffle in which a case had been registered against him at Bishnah police station.
On a tip off, police raided a hideout of Kalu Gujjar and arrested him. Police parties headed by SHO Bishnah Inspector Deepak Pathania made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Diwakar Singh.
The arrested accused was being quizzed.
