JAMMU, Dec 26: Akhnoor police today arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the past few months.
A police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police party from Akhnoor police station led by SHO Pardeep Sharma arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the past four months.
The absconder has been identified as Davinder Singh alias Sonu, son of Kuldeep Singh of Simbliwala.
The accused was involved in a case registered with police station Akhnoor under FIR number 195/2011 under Section 379 RPC.
He was produced in the court of law.
