RAMBAN, Dec 2: Police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the past five years.
As per police sources, police team from Ramban police station conducted raid and nabbed an absconder, who was at large since 2010.
The accused has been identified as Ajmer Singh, son of Tara Singh, a resident of Dhamote, district Ramban.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 66/2010 under Section 379 RPC with police station Udhampur. The accused was produced before JMIC Udhampur.
Police team led by SHO Ramban police station Inspector Vinod Kundal made the arrest under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Ramban Mohammad Rafiq Choudhary and SSP Ramban Randeep Kumar.
