RAJOURI, May 27: The police arrested a person who was wanted in a case in district Rajouri but was evading his arrest since long.
The police identified the accused as Zaffer Iqbal, son of Nazir Hussain, resident of Marchola village in Sunderbani. He was evading arrest in a case FIR No. 84/2018 under Sections 341/323//506 RPC of Police Station, Sunderbani for the last one year.
A team of police from Sunderbani, headed by SHO Naveen Angral under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera, Brijesh Sharma arrested the accused and later produced in the court of law. He was remanded to Judicial custody by the Court.
