JAMMU, Dec 11: Bagh-e-Bahu police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since long.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Bagh-e-Bahu Police Station arrested an absconder, who was at large since long.
The accused has been identified as Sheetal Kumar alias Jani, son of Amar Nath, a resident of Talab Tillo.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 100/13 under Section 323 and 341 RPC with Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu Police Station. Arrest warrants under Section 512 CrPC also stand issued against him by Railway Magistrate.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Bagh-e-Bahu Inspector Satish Kumar made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO East Arun Jamwal and SP South Sandeep Choudhary.
