JAMMU, Aug 18: National Democratic Party Indian (NDPI) State President, Rajesh Gupta said the abrogation of Article 370 was an outstanding decision by the PM Modi to bring normalcy in J&K.
In a handout Gupta said that abrogation of Article 370 has ended the special status of ‘corrupt’ ruling families of J&K who had been allegedly blackmailing the Centre over the years.
He also said that two newly formed Union Territories would help the Government to restore permanent peace in the trouble torn J&K and usher an era of development.
Gupta also said that interests of local youth and cultural existence of Dogras must be protected under the new arrangement by introducing certain constitutional measures on the pattern of Himachal Pradesh so that flood gates are not opened for land mafia and non-locals.
