A deplorable act

I
Sir,
It is highly condemned that Pakistan army has awarded death sentence to former Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav for allegedly spying and stoking violence in Balochistan without a fair trail.
Even after requesting Pakistan for consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav a number of times, Pakistan never allowed the same. Conducting trail without giving the accused a chance to defend itself by arranging  a lawyer of his own choice, it amounts to cold blood murder, if carried out. Indian spokesman has rightly said, “If this sentence awarded without observing basic norms of law and justice, is carried out, India will regard it as premeditated murder.
The military court  should free Mr Jadhav without losing any further time, and should bear in mind that his execution shall have wider ramifications for Indo-Pak ties.

Sir,
In Pakistan where even Prime Minister of yesteryears did not know when he will be hanged i.e. on 4th of April  1979,   how could we in India say what will be the fate of Kulbhushan Jadhav  who was captured  in Baluchistan  on March 3, 2016  by Pak authorities. He is alleged to be involved in espionage and sabotage activities. Born on January 5, 1928 in family owning 1.21 lakh acres of land  spread over 39 villages in Larkana district of  Sindh  Pakistan, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto  was hanged and his daughter and wife who visited him  just at 11.30 A.M had no  inkling  about his execution.  Pakistan which is not less than a rouge state, where thousands are  in jails and lakhs of  Baluchistanis  murdered , it is  something impossible  to get justice for  this Indian soldier until and unless  strict  decisions are taken for the  Pakistanis held  in Indian jails. Sarabjit  is a recent example which cannot be forgotten so easily.
