JAMMU, June 19: The modesty of a minor nomadic girl was allegedly outraged by a person in far -flung area of Panchayat Bohra of Kathua district last night. The Rajbagh Police arrested the person in this connection and got medical examine of minor girl conducted.
As per reports the family members of Nomadic minor girl aged 13 years, complained at Rajbagh Police Station that a local person raped the girl when she was grazing the cattle in forest area of Panchayat Bohra yesterday .

The Rajbagh police took the girl to GMC Kathua for medical examination and doctor conducted medical examination. A police team led by SHO Rajbagh Bupinder Singh immediately rushed to site and arrested the accused.
A case under FIR No. 110/20, under section 376/4, POCSO Act was registered and police started investigation into the matter.
