India has emerged as world power under Modi: Abhinav Sharma

JAMMU, June 13: Adv. Abhinav Sharma, spokesperson BJP today said that Prime Minister, Narendra Modi during the last six years has proved himself to be a PM with a difference and has lived up to the expectations of not only more than Rs 130 crore Indians but also of the entire world.
Talking to reporters he said during the last six years PM has emerged as the most successful global leader.
Adv. Sharma highlighted the major achievements of the Modi Government of the last six years particularly of the first year of its second term. He said because of the honest and decisive approach of Modi, the entire nation is standing behind him as a rock.
He highlighted various achievements of PM on account of which India has emerged as a world power. The surgical strike at Balakote, handling of COVID-19 despite tough opposition by Congress and other political parties revealed the leadership qualities of PM Modi, he added.
During six years of BJP Government at Centre, he said historical decisions were taken, like abrogation of Article-370 and 35A of the Constitution of India, Ayodhya verdict, Triple Talaq, One Rank One Pension, Old Age Pension and various schemes for the welfare of farmers.
So far as J&K is concerned, he said during Modi Government many historical decisions concerning its development were taken like the establishment of separate AIIMS for Jammu and Kashmir, Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Ring Road, Jammu-Akhnoor four lanning project, construction of various important bridges like Atal Setu Bridge (Basholi) over river Ravi i.e. from Dunera to Basohli road connecting three states J&K, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh which is first of its kind in North India and fourth of its kind in the entire nation, 1.5 km long Kerian Gandyal bridge over river Ravi in Kathua, Domicile laws benefitting more than 5 lakh residents of J&K living outside, who were denied many benefits in the erstwhile State of J&K, abolition of interviews upto level-IV on account of which the meritorious youth who don’t have approach to higher ups will be benefitted in the process of recruitment and the chances of favoritism are dispensed with.
Adv. Sharma said even the SRO-202 of 2015 is under serious reconsideration of the Government and BJP at all levels has demanded its revocation and reconsideration. He said many Central laws have been made applicable to the UT of J&K and the people of UT need to understand the long term benefit of those laws despite the initial difficulties faced by them.
