samba, May 7: Police has registered a case against a cloth merchant in Vijaypur town today for violating the lockdown in the area.
As per reports the shopkeeper was unloading the clothes from a truck which had come from Amritsar Punjab and the administration after knowing about the same swung into action seized the truck and registered FIR against the shopkeeper and its employees under Number 79/20 and IPC Section 188/269 and Disaster Management Act 51 B. The police has also started the further investigation into the matter.
