JAMMU, May 6: Gharota police recovered a missing girl within 10 hours.
As per police sources, a lady reported at Police Station Gharota stating that her daughter had gone missing.
Acting over the complaint, a missing report was entered at Police Station Gharota and hunt was launched to trace out the girl.
Sensing the gravity of the incident, a special team was constituted which was headed by SHO Gharota Inspector Rajesh Sharma. ASI Vipan Kumar, Constable Vinod Kumar, Constable Anil Sharma and Lady Follower Shallu Devi were also the part of the team.
On specific information, the team conducted raid and finally traced out the missing girl within 10 hours and handed over to parents after completing all legal formalities.
The whole exercise was made under the guidance of SDPO Akhnoor Ajay Sharma, SP Rural Jammu Suram Singh and SSP Jammu Sridhar Patil.
