JAMMU, Apr 6: Police today recovered the stolen motorcycle and arrested one person from Railway Station.
Police spokesman said that, on April 4, Deepak Singh, son of Rashpal Singh of Rajiv Colony, Bikram Chowk, lodged a written complaint with Ware House police post that his motorcycle bearing registration number JKO2B-5240 has been stolen from outside his house.
After registering a case, police started investigation, he said, adding, that the police recovered the stolen motorcycle and arrested one person identified as Mohd Zaffar, son of Abdul Hussain, resident of Budhal, district Rajouri.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police party led by Mohd Irfan made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Gurmeet Singh and SDPO Bhaskar Billa.
