JAMMU, Mar 17: Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) has urged upon the J&K UT administration to close down Government and private offices besides the factories in order to contain the spread of coronavirus in J&K.
In an emergency meeting of the J&K Employees Joint Action Committee ( R) held here today under the leadership of Babu Hussain Malik, the members including Yashpaul, Kulwant Singh Sambyal, Naresh Sharma, Vikas Chander , Arun Sharma and others discussed the situation prevailing in J&K in view of outbreak of COVID-19.
They pointed out that the Government offices, private sector offices and even the industrial units are more prone to impact of this virus. They appealed to the Lt Governor, G C Murmu to order closure of Government and private offices and Industrial units to contain the outbreak of coronavirus.
