BJP using ill methods to suppress opposition: Manohar

KATHUA, Mar 10: Former Minister and President DCC Kathua, Dr Manohar Lal Sharma today while conducting public meeting at village Pachokachak near Hiranagar lambasted BJP Government at the centre for using ill methods to suppress the voice of opposition.
He said anyone who speaks against the Government and questions it is termed as anti-national.
Manohar said suppressing Opposition is murder of democracy. He questioned the claims of former MLA and MP, both from BJP, regarding progress report of developmental projects being carried out by them in Billawar during their tenures.
Sharma said no new project started in the area and those started during his tenure are waiting completion.
He said, on one side the Government conducted back to village 1 & 2 but though after promising with people they (Government) have failed miserably in clearing the payments which amount to about Rs. 500-600 crore.
Manohar further said that people are facing hardship due to shortage of ration especially sugar at ration deposits.
