JAMMU, Feb 12: Jammu and Kashmir Batwal Welfare Association which met here under the chairmanship of its president Subedar Major (Retd), Romesh Sargotra demanded immediate arrest of the culprit involved in hit and run case wherein a Batwal community youth Rashpal Chand was killed at Dehri Morh, Marh last month.
The Association General Secretary, Ex Naib Sarpanch, Ram Lal Lakhotra said a complaint in this regard was lodged by the affected family with Police Station Domana but even after the passage of a month the culprit has not been traced out.
Speakers in the meeting urged Police High Command to take a strict view of the incident.
