Dr Permendr elected as ABVP President, Mukesh as Secretary

JAMMU, Feb 6: Dr Permendr Singh has been re-elected as State President and Mukesh Manhas as State Secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Jammu Kashmir for the next session 2020-21.
This was announced today by election officer, Dr Virender Koundal in a State Conference of ABVP at Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. The term of both the newly elected office bearers will be for one year. They took charge of their responsibilities in 55th State Conference of ABVP.
Dr Permendr Singh basically belongs to Jammu and has been working in ABVP since 1994. After completing PhD in Agronomy, he is now working as Scientist in Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Jammu. After serving as Mahanagar Joint Secretary, State Joint Secretary, State Agrivision Incharge in past, he has been now re-elected as State President for the session2020-21.
Mukesh Manhas hails from Assar village of Doda District and is in contact with ABVP since 2015. After completing graduation in B Sc, he is now enrolled in MBA course at Central University Jammu.
After serving as College Secretary, College President, District Convener, he was elected as State Secretary of ABVP Jammu Kashmir for the session 2020-21.
