PCC Minority Cell resents reduction in quota

JAMMU, Feb 5: The Minority Department/ Cell of JKPCC today expressed strong resentment over the reduction in reservation quota.
In a meeting of the Cell held here today under the chairmanship of Jagjeet Singh Rinple, District chairman, Rinple strongly criticized the reduction in reservation from 20 percent to 10 percent for the residents of backward area in Govt jobs. He said this provision should be incorporated and continued as the youth of backward areas have been deprived of educational and other allied facilities, which are available in cities and towns.
Michael Wazir, state coordinator JKPCC Minority Deptt said the BJP Govt deceived people of Jammu and Kashmir UT as there is no clear policy for the youth.  He further said that the 2 G internet is a joke with the people of Jammu as it was left the people disappointed.
Balwinder Singh Rinku strongly condemned the 2020 budget and said that this is the most disappointing budget by the Finance Minister Nirmla Sitaraman.There is nothing in the budget for the country’s development and Govt failed to control the prices of essential commodities.
