HPCL appoints first-ever village level gas agency

JAMMU, Mar 21: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd has appointed the first-ever village level gas agency in the State under  RGGLVY (Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitrak Yojana) in the name & style of M/s Jai Maa Sheetla HP Gas Gramin Vitrak at Bani in district Kathua.
The distributorship agreement with the agency has been signed and appointment letter was handed over to the proprietor of the agency Adish Sondhi by the State Head of HPCL, Ashwani Kumar Gupta in presence of Senior Sales Officer, Pradeep Khyalia.
First load of 300 domestic cylinders has been sent to the agency thereby fulfilling the long-pending demand of the consumers of Bani which is 85 kms from the nearest gas agency. This agency will cater to the domestic as well as non-domestic needs of the consumers of the area. With this new commissioning, HP Gas has now increased its distributors strength to 5 in the district of Kathua and 40 in Jammu Province.
