KATHUA, Nov 16: Prof Sain Dass a senior BJP leader and former district president of the party for Kathua district breathed his last today. He was 75.
His cremation took place at a local cremation ground in the town and people from all walks of life including leaders of BJP and other political and social organizations as well as RSS joined his last rites and paid a touching adieu to departed leader.
Speaker State Assembly and senior BJP leader, Dr Nirmal Singh and other party leaders attended his last rites. The BJP leaders also paid tributes to Karam Chand Mahajan a founder member of Praja Parishad and a veteran Swayamsevak from Kathua who breathed his last some days back. They recalled his contribution and leading role in Praja Parishad Movement.
