JAMMU, Aug 1: Warm send off has been accorded to retiring officers.
Warm farewell was accorded to Dr Shabir Ahmad Tak, Deputy Director, Sheep Husbandry Department Jammu, who retired from the Government service on attaining the age of superannuation on July 31, 2019. Director Sheep Husbandry Department Jammu Dr Sanjeev Kumar while speaking recalled the services rendered by the retiring officer and wished him happy and prosperous post retirement life.
A simple and impressive farewell party was hosted by agriculture fraternity in the honour of Shabir Ahmad Alaqaband, Chief Agriculture Officer Budgam who attained superannuation on July 31, 2019 at Agriculture Complex Lalmandi, Srinagar. On this occasion, Director Agriculture Kashmir Syed Altaf Aijaz Andrabi in his address said that the outgoing officer has worked with dedication, professional endeavour in his service tenure in different capacities. Many other speakers threw light on the dedicated work done by outgoing officer. The retiring officer was honoured with the mementos. Joint Directors, Deputy Directors, Divisional Officers and others senior officers of the department participated in the function.
Warm farewell was accorded to Ara Jahan, CDPO Mendhar, who attained superannuation after rendering 46 years of service in the Education Department. A farewell party was organized for her, in which officers and officials of the Education Department were present. The retiree worked as supervisor on different projects of ICDS in Poonch District and also remained posted as ACDPO in Surankote project. She also worked as Incharge CDPO Poonch and Incharge CDPO Mendhar.
