Jewellery shops to remain closed from June 26-30

JAMMU, June 14: All the jewellery shops across Jammu province will remain closed from June 26 to 30.
This was decided by Swarankara Sangh, Jammu province in a meeting held here today under the leadership of Raj Kumar Babber, president of the Sangh fro Jammu province and National senior vice president of Akhil Bharatiya Swarnkar Sangh.
Parjan Jain, president Sarafa Association, general secretary Vijay Kumar Verma and other committee members of Swarnkar Sangh Jammu province were also present in the meeting.
The meeting decided that all jewellery shops will observe summer vacation from June 26 to 30 and during these days, the shops will remain closed. “In these days, no renovation and no construction should be done and if anyone opens the shop during these days, the Association will fine that shopkeeper as per rules,” the meeting resolved.
