JAMMU, Apr 30: A young man was found hanging in Nagbani area of city outskirts.
“The deceased has been identified as Gopal (24) son of Chaman Lal, resident of Nagbani,” a police official said. He said the deceased was found hanging late last night from a tree with the help of a ‘dupatta’ (scarf) near his residence,” a police official said.
The official said after getting conducted postmortem at Government Medical College Jammu, the body was today handed over to his legal heirs for last rites while inquest proceeding under 174 CrPC was initiated in this connection at police station Domana.
