SAMBA, Feb 13: A male dead body was found under mysterious circumstances from Dera Gandotra area of Tehsil Vijaypur in district Samba today.
The deceased has been identified as Ghulam Ali Bhat, 65, son of Mohd Sharif Bhatt resident of Mohalla Qila Bhaderwah at present in Lane No 1, Satellite Colony, Bathindi Jammu.
Police said the male body was found under mysterious circumstances from Dera Gandota area of Vijaypur in district Samba today morning. He was missing since yesterday from Wave Mall area of Jammu and this morning some local people saw his dead body was lying on the road. They immediately informed the police.
After getting the information police party reached on the spot and took the dead body into their custody and then shifted it to nearby hospital for autopsy.
In this regard police has taken cognizance of the matter and started investigation.
