JAMMU, July 21: Former Minister & MLA Raipur-Domana, Bali Bhagat today conducted a tour of Bhalwal, Choudhary Enclave and Roop Nagar falling under his Raipur-Domana Constituency and took stock of the damages caused due to flash floods and heavy rains a few days back.
The former Minister was accompanied by the officials of the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC). He asked the Executive Engineer, JMC to clean the drains at the earliest .
While interacting with the people of Choudhary Lane, Bali Bhagat said that all necessary steps will be taken for the construction of a Runnel at the Choudhary Lane and directed the Executive Engineer ,PWD (R&B) Division-II to prepare the DPR of the Runnel and float tenders at the earliest so that the people can get rid of flood havoc.
The Former Minister was accompanied by Ex-district president Jammu, Rural (BJP), Sukhdev Singh, Mandal president BJP, (Muthi-Paloura), Kuldeep Singh,Mandal president BJP, Rural, Ved Prakash and MadhuSudan Sharma.
