KISHTWAR, May 23: Contingent Paid Workers (CPWs) held protest and demanded their absorption in the Education Department as Watch and Ward staff.
A large number of CPWs working in the Education Department assembled outside DC office and held protest. They were demanding absorption in the Education Department as Watch and Ward staff.
“Priority should be given to us while recruiting Ward and Watch staff, as we are working in the department for the past several years”, they added.
Later, the protesting CPWs submitted a memorandum to District Administration.
