JAMMU, Dec 9: Pakistani authorities today handed over the body of a youth, who got washed away after he jumped into river Chenab, to BSF.
“Pakistani Rangers on Saturday afternoon handed over the dead body of Kulvinder Kumar, 29, son of Darshan Lal, resident of Sanjay Nagar, Jammu, who jumped into Chenab from new bridge Akhnoor,” police sources here said.
They said the body was found at Pakistan, adding, “Pakistan Rangers handed over the body to BSF via Suchetgarh post.” They said the body has been handed over to the police and shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for post mortem.
