Changing world, no country can grow in isolation

Ramesh Arora
With the changing of time and advancement of technology, communication gap between man to man and country to country has decreased considerably. We are heading towards global family and our Indian way of life always talks of VASUDEVAM KUTUMBAKAM  i.e the whole world is a family. We have not stopped here and we often say SARVE BAWANTU SUKINAM i.e everybody should be happy in all respects. This is basic Indian thought and we stick to it. Theory of communism have failed to some extent because they used to say (no to family, no to religion, no to property right, no to nationality etc.) but during second world war Russian leadership inspired public and army to fight for their fatherland and also motivated them  to remember their fore fathers, Warriors and those who sacrificed for their country. In India we  call our country as our motherland and further we are of the view that to achieve the ultimate goal of oneness in the world, the base of operation is country and thereafter we should think off  others.
With Ideology differences, system differences, governing pattern differences, form of Government differences and with the conditions and problems faced by many countries with different dimensions are  still coming close to each other , because their development and problems are interlinked. No country can grow in isolation. Different time efforts were made by different countries by coming close to each other through some associations and to reduce the difference between developed and developing nations.
In continuation of these efforts three days deliberations took place on the agenda of     Enhancing the role of Parliamentarians in the Inter linkage between population issues and the 2030 agenda for sustainable development was the main object of a conference organized by APDA (The Asian Population and Development Association) headed by the former Prime Minister of Japan Yasuo Fukuda and IAPPD ( Indian Association of Parliamentarians on Population and Development) took part under the chairman ship of Prof .
