KATHUA, Oct 24: Eight buffaloes of a Gujjar family died due to thunder storm and lightening in Rajbagh area of district Kathua last night.
A police spokesman said that eight buffaloes of one Jamal Din, resident of village Dhillo Chak near border, died due to strong beam of flash light from the sky which took place during rain and thunder- storm late last evening. The victim reported the matter to police in the morning. No loss of human life has been reported.
