JAMMU, June 4: Thieves made vain attempt to loot a J&K Bank situated at Patel Nagar area, falling under the jurisdiction of Nowabad police station.
As per police sources, burglars tried to barge into J&K Bank at Patel Nagar by breaking the grill, but failed. The thieves made attempt to rob the bank as no security guard was present at that time.
J&K Bank officials reported the matter to police.
A case in this regard has been registered at Nowabad police station and investigation started.
