BHADERWAH, May 9: To ensure punctuality in Government offices, SDM Bhaderwah Dr Owais Ahmed Rana conducted surprise visit at Rural Development Department (RDD) Office in BDO Office complex and found a senior assistant among 3 other officials unauthorisedly absent from their duties during working hours.
Tehsildar Bhaderwah Masood Ahmed accompanied SDM.
“During surprise check, we found 3 employees unauthorized absent from duties. I have called an explanation and directed the respective authority to proceed against them under rules”, said SDM Bhaderwah Dr Owais Ahmed Rana.
“I have also asked the absentee staff to submit the reason of their unauthorized absence from the duties within three days”, SDM added.
The employees who were found absent include Vijay Kumar, senior assistant, Sajid and Shabnam, orderlies.
