Jugal, Bali kick start development works in Raipur-Domana constituency

JAMMU, Dec 29: Jugal Kishore Sharma, BJP Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), along with Bali Bhagat Minister for Health & Medical education, visited Raipur Domana constituency and laid foundation stone of Nadwal to Clay Road and also inaugurated Gharota to Phukhwadi Gumpul under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna.

Construction of two kilometer long Nadwal to Clay road will cost Rs 1.86 crores. Construction of this road was the major demand of the inhabitants connecting not only the villages between 2 kms but also other rural areas of block Bhalwal.
Jugal Kishore Sharma along with Bali Bhagat also inaugurated Gharota to Pukhwadi Gumpul road under PMGSY, stretched over 3 kilometers of the area connecting major areas of Block Bhalwal to the Jammu Akhnoor Poonch National Highway. The project will cost Rs 2.14 crore and this was also the major demand of inhabitants of rural areas of Raipur Domana constituency.
Speaking on the occasion, Jugal Kishore  said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is keen  to provide the road connectivity to the rural areas by funding centrally sponsored schemes and PMGSY is one of the major schemes to provide rural connectivity and to develop remote areas. He further added that these two roads were the major demand of inhabitants which provide   rural connectivity to the villages of Raipur Domana constituency.
Minister Bali Bhagat, who is also MLA of Raipur Domana Assembly constituency, assured to initiate more developmental work in the constituency.
Executive Engineer PMGSY Janak Raj Bhagat, AEE PMGSY Rajesh Sharma, AEE K K Sudan and others. Including Ex MLA Bodh Raj, district president BJP Rural Omi Khajuria, Ashok, Deepi, Jagtar Singh, Pawan Salathia, Rohit Verma, Narinder Singh Lachu and Mahant Annirudh were also present on the occasion.
