JAMMU, Dec 27: All J&K Electric Department Linemen & Workers Union has urged upon the higher authorities in the PDD to implement the High Court directive with regard to the Govt order No. 270-PDD of 1995.
In a meeting of the Union held here today under the chairmanship of Suresh Chand Anthal, president , the members urged upon the Govt to implement the High Court order in letter and spirit. They said the authorities in Kashmir have implemented the same with regard to the up-gradation of all categories but those in Jammu region were avoiding. They also expressed their anguish over the Government’s attitude for not implementing SRO 381.
