JAMMU, June 29: A three day transfer mela was organized in all the Education Zones of District Jammu from June 27, under the chairmanship of Chief Education Officer J K Sudan.
During the Mela, a total of 1305 transfer applications alongwith places/zones of preference for transfer from Lecturers/Masters/Teachers were received by the committee member constituted for this purpose.
Chief Education Officer and Dy CEO paid visit to the different Education Zone during the Mela and interacted with applicants and enquired about the problems/difficulties faced by them. Application forms received are being scrutinize by the committee members and due care shall be taken to transfer the applicants as per their preference of places/Zones.
