MENDHAR, June 13: The police booked a girl appearing in the examination in place of her sister at ITI Mendhar here today.
Identified as Asiya Kouser, hailing from Ari village, this girl was appearing in the exam of her sister Nazia Kouser in the theory paper of Electrician trade, the police said.
Superintendent of the Examination Centre Abdul Qayoom Khan and Dy Suptd Mehboob Khan got suspicious from the photograph of the candidate. They inquired about the matter and then called police. The police party led by SHO Anzir Mir reached the ITI and took the candidate into custody. The SHO said that the girl has been booked for impersonation and cheating.
