UDHAMPUR, May 25: Six persons were injured in three different road accidents across Udhampur district, here today.
A car bearing registration number JK19-1686 was hit by a bus on the National Highway near Tikri resulting into injuries to a child among three persons, who were rushed to Primary Health Center (PHC) Tikri and then referred to GMC & Hospital Jammu.
The injured were identified as Razia (43) wife of Liaqt Ali of Doda, Shajar (5) son of Tarik Husan of Batote and Tarik Husan (38) son of Ashik Husan of Batote.
In another road accident, a motorcyclist was injured when his bike skidded off the road and hit a tipper on the National Highway near Dharmathal. The injured, identified as
Akershan (20) son of Sham Swaroop of Chenani, was referred to GMC Hospital Jammu.
In a separate road accident, a motorcyclists Om Parkash (35) son of Badri Nath of Sin Thkra and his pillion rider Jit Sharma (22) son of Hans Raj of Nagal near Katra, were injured when their bike skidded off the road.
