JAMMU, Mar 25: Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhampur, Rajesh Kumar Abrol has issued notice to DySP Headquarters Udhampur, Farkan Qadri for appearance on April 7, 2016.
The direction was passed in a complaint filed by Kuldeep Singh, son of Sham Singh of Billan Bowli Ward No.7 Udhampur, who was allegedly beaten up by the DySP.
After hearing the counsel for the complainant, the CJM issued notice to DySP Headquarters Udhampur for his appearance.
