JAMMU, Feb 6: A five- day workshop on “Educational Administration under Centre Sponsored Scheme (CSS), organized by Government College of Education, Jammu, for Secondary School Teachers, concluded today.
The valedictory function was presided over by the Principal of the college, Prof (Dr) Kaushal Smotra. She stressed that education is a continuous and life long process. If provided through right environment, it help learner to maximize and accelerate the teaching-learning process, she added.
The Report of the five day workshop was delivered by Dr Aksa from the Department of English, GCOE, Jammu. The teachers of different Government Schools, who participated in the workshop, gave feedback sharing their views and what they learn from the workshop.
Certificates were distributed to the resource persons and the participants in the workshop. Vote of thanks was presented by Dr Raj Singh Narania.
Earlier in the day, first technical session on “Educational Administration” was presided over by J K Sudan, CEO, Jammu while in the second segment of the technical session was chaired by Prof (Dr) Lokesh Verma, Dean and Head Department of Educational Studies, Central University of Jammu.
