Massive fire engulfed a residential quarter in Kashmir University Naseem Bagh area.
Witnesses told over phone that the fire erupted early Saturday.
The residential quarters located in the Chinar rich Naseem are meant essentially for non-teaching staff. Fire tenders are on job.
