SRINAGAR, Sept 30: Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, who is also the chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Wakaf Board, has nominated Dr Bilquees Jameela of Magarmal Bagh, Srinagar as a member of the Board against the vacancy caused due to the demise of Mufti Bashir Ahmad Farooqui, Imam Dargah Hazratbal.
