JAMMU, Sept 3: A delegation of Sharda Colony Sector 2 led by its president and PDP leader, Nana Ji Raina today called on Minister of R & B Altaf Ahmed Bukhari and apprised him of the problems of the people of the area.
The delegation informed the Minister about the delay in construction of Sharda Colony road and said that the work on it has been abandoned six months back for unknown reasons by the concerning department putting the people to a lot of trouble.
They said that the people are facing lot of problems due to dilapidated condition of road and the work on the same should be started as early as possible.
The Minster assured the delegation that he will look into the problem and issue instructions to the concerned authorities to settle the grievances of the people of the area.
