NEW DELHI, Sept 3:
CBI will rely on the crime scene recreation done by Delhi Police in the case of controversial death of businessman Manoj Vashisht, allegedly involved in several crimes, at a restaurant in the national capital during a scuffle with the police when shots were also fired from both sides.
CBI sources said the agency was satisfied by the report of crime scene recreation prepared by Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), which was roped in by Delhi Police.
In crime scene reenactment, forensic experts examine statements of witnesses, shots fired, angle of bullet movement among other parameters to arrive at a conclusion as to how the shooting incident might have taken place. (PTI)
