KARGIL, Aug 27:  A national integration tour comprising of 22 adults between 20-45 years of age under the aegis of the Tiger Hill brigade was flagged off from Biamah today by Commander, Tiger Hill brigade.
During the Sadbhavna tour, the delegation will be visiting various places of interest and historic value at Drass, Chandigarh & Dehradun.  At Chandigarh the tour participants are scheduled to interact with the Governor of Punjab & UT of Chandigarh.
The participants will be exposed to the economic growth, culture and traditions of people outside Ladakh for the first time. Such visits and interaction of local adults with large cross section of the society will enable the Indian Army to help bring about a significant attitudinal awakening amongst a vast majority of the population especially the youth, where in there is a constant desire for peace and development.
