SRINAGAR: Noted academician and former Vice-Chancellor of Jammu University, Prof Amitabh Mattoo has been appointed as Advisor to Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
He will be holding the status of a Cabinet Minister, an official spokesman said here this evening. (AGENCIES)
