Jugal visits rain affected areas of Jammu city

Jammu, July 9: BJP State President & MP Jugal Kishore Sharma alognwith senior leaders Rajeev Charak, Vikram Randhawa, Sat Pal Choudhary, Tarun Sharma, Sanjiv Manmotra, Vivek and administrative staff with Vice-Chairman JDA Mubarak Singh and DC Jammu Simranjit Singh visited rain affected areas of Jammu city.
The Member of Parliament visited Kalika Colony, Kasim Nagar below lying area of Bahu Fort, Bilal Colony, army area of Sunjwan and other various spots in Jammu Nanak Nagar, Sanjay Nagar, Preet Nagar, W.No. 9 keeping in view the conditions of flood affected people and inhabitants.
Speaking on the occasion, Jugal Kishore Sharma called for immediate steps to sort out the problems of affected peoples and restoration of their property immediately. He also started clearance work at Bilal colony and various other places. He expressed solidarity with the affected people who suffered due to incessant rain.
He appealed the people not to encroach the area along the water bodies and nallahs.
On the occasion, Sharma directed the concerned departments to immediately take collective measures to lessen the suffering of the affected peoples.
