Jammu, July 8: SP Railways Jammu Suram Singh today visited GRP Jurisdiction from Jammu to Kathua for security review and held darbar of officers / jawans at Kathua.
The darbar was attended by the jawans /officers from Vijaypur onwards up to Kathua, which was held at Kathua. During the, darbar Pawan Kumar, SDPO Railways Vijaypur, Bhopinder Singh, SHO GRP Jammu along with jurisdictional NGOs and jawans of GRP Jammu participated. The problems of jawans / officers were heard patiently and on spot redressal of problems was made. The SP Railways emphasized upon each to keep extra vigil, remain careful and maintain close co-operation with other sister agencies to ensure safety and security of Railway passengers, trains, track, and other vital installations in view of ongoing Sri Amar Nath Ji Yatra and present security scenario. During the visit the SP reviewed security of railways, tracks and of platforms and held interaction with the passengers.
