Doctors’ strike

Sir,
Doctors are saviours of human lives. They have high place in society. They are highly respected but doctors strike has now become a routine affair. Hardly is there any state in India where doctors don’t proceed on agitational path and more than once in a year. Whatever be the cause, everytime rise in pay scales or allowances turns out to be the solution. Everytime the demands are  met  they get encouragement and become ready for next agitation. Here the sufferer is again the poor patient for whose service the doctors are being paid. Government spends large amount of budget for training the youth to become qualified doctors and serve as saviours of human lives.
It is high time for doctors to realise their responsibilities towards people who are responsible for sharping their shining career. Respect is eternal and divine. They should restore their position in society and try hard so that poor patients do not suffer because of their routine strikes. Their is loss of health, wealth and precious life by these uncalled strikes. They should treat their patients with dedication and affection to restore their faith in them. Then and only then they can regain their prestigious position and respect in society.
Yours etc…
