RAJOURI, May 26: J&K ReT Teachers Forum deputation led by district president Rajouri Manzoor Khan and State chief spokesperson Naresh Sharma met Minister for Education Priya Sethi and submitted memorandum of demands.
While speaking, Manzoor Khan urged the Minister to release the pending salaries of teachers working under SSA, regularization of KGBV teachers and adjustment of surplus EV to ReT teachers.
Minister gave patient hearing to the issues and assured that the demands raised by the deputation would be considered within one week.
Among others present were Inderjeet Singh, Tariq Khan, Jogesh Kumar, Reshpaul Dutta, Sheraz Khan, Zaffer Iqbal and Gulzar Choudhary.
