KISHTWAR, May 15: As a part of Swachh Vidyalaya Abhiyaan, a campaign launched by Prime Minister, Dulhasti Power Station (DPS) has been entrusted with the responsibility of construction of 87 numbers toilets in 45 schools.
Dulhasti Power Station has constructed and handed over 2 toilets (girls and boys) each to Government Middle School, Ramile (code: 1170701908) and NPS Chanpora (code: 1170701918) to schools under Swachh Vidyalaya Abhiyaan.
The toilets were handed over to the schools by R K Verma, Senior Manager (HR) in a function in the presence of U S Chettri, Manager (Civil) other officers of NHPC and Head Masters, teachers and students of the schools.
Headmaster and teachers of the schools thanked NHPC limited for the initiative taken and providing toilets for maintaining hygiene leading to better education.
