MYSURU, Apr 2: Mysuru-based Software Paradigms Infotech (SPI) has acquired US-based QwikCart, a provider of mobile and e-commerce solutions for retailers.
SPI has acquired substantially all assets of the US based QwikCart, a provider of mobile and e-commerce solutions for retailers with its patent-pending mobile e-commerce software platform, a statement from SPI said today. QwikCart provides retailers with branded mobile and e-commerce solutions that enable their customers to purchase goods and services from anywhere at any time for pick-up, delivery or shipping.
“Strategically, this asset acquisition gives us a speed-to-market advantage that is very significant and critical in our goal to be the ‘Right Retail Partner’,” Sid Mookerji, Global CEO of SPI, said.
Describing the acquisition of QwikCart as the eighth acquisition in SPI’s history, the company said it had aggressive plans for growth this year.
