JAMMU, Aug 5: Apex Group of Institution, Karnal is providing 50 per cent special concession to Kashmiri migrant students and now they can avail quality education at par with Maharashtra Government fees structure.
This was disclosed by Pardeep Bajaj, HoD, Electrical Department, Apex Group of Institution and Gaurav Sharma, Lecturer, Mechanical Department during a press conference here today.
Speaking further, Pardeep Bajaj said that presently 1500 students from all over India are getting quality education in their institution. He added that around 350 Students from J&K and 450 students from Bihar are also pursuing their courses.
Apex regularly organises seminars and conferences for students vis-à-vis industry interactions, industrial visits and case study methods, Bajaj added.
While speaking, Gourav Sharma, Lecturer, Mechanical Department, said that Apex is only institution in North, which has Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NIT, Kurukshetra, Hamirpur and NITTTR, Chandigarh for students and faculty exchange under MHRD scheme. Apex has also IIPC, CELL, EDC cell for placement of students sponsored by AICTE, Sharma added.
This year Apex is going to start Postgraduate technical courses in Mechanical and Electronic and Communication. Apex has experienced well qualified faculty to impart quality education in cosmo environment.
